JOB DESCRIPTION

Evaluate technology, market trends and industry plus identify prospective impact on business.
Perform as sounding board as well as IT consultant and business leaders to develop IT infrastructure solutions.
Sound knowledge on networking, Setting up VPN Tunnel
Establishes and maintains network performance.
Builds net configurations and connections.
Knowledge of Firewall platforms including Checkpoint and Cisco ASA
Maximizes performance by troubleshooting network problems and outages and scheduling upgrades.
Updates data servers and network equipment.
Promote organization architecture process and results to organization inclusive of business leaders and enterprise's IT.
Lead and direct to prepare governing principles to guide decision making pertinent to infrastructure architecture.
Schedule Penetration testing
Respond to security questionnaire and participate in audit calls with the clients.


Must Have

Bachelor degree in a technical or management field, such as computer science, computer engineering or business management. 8-12 years' experience in related fields.
Ability to search and understand KB articles Ability to effectively communicate with customer managers and executives on technical and business issues.
Strong organizational and time management, triaging skills.
Demonstrated customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Technical writing, Preparation of Architecture diagram
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Works well in a team environment
Effective learning skills
