We are looking for

We are looking for a driven and passionate International Recruiter (m/f/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Team on a Global level.

Your role in BizAway

  • Be the Hiring Managers point of contact for BizAway s worldwide recruitment
  • Be in charge of the CV screening and the maintenance of the recruitment database
  • Conduct interviews by phone, via video call or face to face
  • Communicate with candidates during every step of the recruiting process
  • Manage job openings on our ATS, through monitoring and progress reporting
  • Be a tutor for the Hiring Managers, giving them advice related to the Company culture and the interviewing techniques
  • Be involved in the new hirings on-boarding process

Your basic qualifications

  • Experience of minimum 2-4 years as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Previous experience in recruiting Software Engineers (Python), DevOps Engineers (Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Ansible, Kafka), and Cloud Application Engineers (Salesforce Developers)
  • Advanced computer knowledge, including HR Management Systems, MS Office, Google Workplace Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills, with great attention to detail and an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Ability to communicate kindly and to build strong relationships with all stakeholders
  • Excellent English level, verbal and written, is mandatory

We are also interested in

  • Knowledge of Spanish or any other language will be considered a plus
  • Digital mindset to improve processes and manage projects
  • Previous experience in ambitious and international start-ups or scale-ups
