Title: Senior Java Developer
Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid) Day one Onsite
Duration: 6+ month contract
We have two openings that we need help on. The first is for a Senior Java developer.
This person must either live in Denver or agree to work in Denver on the first day. Much of the work can be done remotely, but they'll need to attend on-site meetings occasionally.
This senior developer should be an expert in Java.
Job Description:
- Senior Developer should be an expert in Java with 10+ years of hands on experience developing robust scalable applications
- They should be very comfortable with Hibernate and SQL.
- Experience using Spring Boot and JPA frameworks
- Strong experience in RESTful Service based architecture.
- Preferred experience building software in a CI/CD environment (Ex: Bamboo, Gradle, Maven, etc.).
- Experience building services and micro services.
- Experience with various UI technologies include Angular and Bootstrap
- Some experience in a DevOps environment is preferred (Puppet, Docker, etc.)
- GIT or TFS (Team Foundation Server)
- Familiarity with relational databases (prefer SQL Server/Postgres), Linux or Unix shell scripting, XML, ISAPI, HTML, XSLT and basic UNIX system administration
