Job Details:

• Phone call recording
• Execute procedure manual driven tasks

Responsibilities:

• Execute day to day tasks and operations following documented procedures
• This position is a less technical role, but candidate will need to understand the documented procedures and follow the instructions to complete the relevant tasks associated to this role
• No experience in voice or telephony is required

Qualifications:

• Familiar with client hardware and peripheral devices
• Able to read procedure documentation and follow step by step instructions
• Fluent Japanese communication required
• Basic English required
