Position Name:HFM Consultant
Qualifications:
- Business level Japanese
- Consultant-level HFM knowledge
- Consultant-level Consolidated accounting knowledge
- Experience in maintenance support and management.
- Experience in the development of HFM systems and management
- Communication with Customers, Business users and other relevant team (Infra) - Business Japanese skill
- Contact with another relevant team (Collaborated application)- Business Japanese skill
- Customer Management, escalation handling
- Problem-solving, issue-handling skills
- ITIL service strategy knowledge
- Basic level Knowledge of Program (Mandatory: Java, VBS, VBA, HFM (Metadata, FDMEE, Data Form, Financial Report, Rule, Shared Service, ADF, SmartView))
- Basic level Knowledge of DB(Mandatory: Oracle Hyperion)
