Position Name:Application Maintenance for FileNet / IBM Case Manager

Responsibilities:

• Supporting for one big insurance client as technical lead for IBM FileNet system maintenance (bug fixes, minor enhancements).
• Essential Job Functions: Minimum 3 years of experience in the IBM FileNet P8 platform and Add-on Case Manager with end-to-end IBM FileNet P8 implementation experience.
• Strong capabilities in Java and JavaScript.
• Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to participate in business value assessment and business requirements elaboration during the supporting phase.
• Ability to work independently.

Qualification:

• Experience with Java and Java script
• Experience with DB skill for DB2
• Hands-on experience on various FileNet products
• Experience with IBM FileNet P8 platform is required
• Experience with IBM Content Navigator is required
• Experience with IBM Case Manager is required
• Experience with common integration methods, such as message queues, web services, and API calls is required
• Design, and build business applications using the IBM FileNet P8 platform
• Responsible for implementing part or all of a technical solution, in accordance with an approved technical design
• Provide FileNet-based architectural solutions/designs to project execution teams for implementation
• Work with application developers, users, operational leadership, and subject matter experts to understand current and future FileNet implementation goals
• Requirement gathering, Performing UAT, Team handling capabilities
• Experience in complete project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects is required
• Must be skilled in building relationships with clients and in practice development activities
• Troubleshoot skill for issue analysis
• Good soft skills for communication with Japanese client
• Good Japanese language skill. (English is nice to have)
