Job Title: Java Developer

Location--NJ (local or 20MILES)

Job Description:

Banking and payment experience must

Angular, Typescript, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Java, SQL, Python)

• Familiar with various systems development lifecycles (SDLC, Agile)
• Strong sense of OOP software design concept
• Strong experience building complex UI/UX components
• Proficient in web development technologies including native web components, Frameworks like Angular and/or React
• Knowledge of AWS or Google cloud is a plus
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, Strong communication skills, experience with collaboration tools including Atlassian suite
• Self-learner, and technology advocate eager to work on any challenge
• Proficient with high-level programming languages like Java 8 and above, (Python a plus)
• Experience in Microservices Architecture with Spring Boot and ORM Frameworks like Hibernate and JPA
• Exposure to relational databases like SQL Server, or PostgreSQL
• At least 5 - 8 years of experience working in technology.
• Fluency with Agile Delivery.
• An ability to work with ambiguous and abstract concepts, as the candidate will often have to resolve complex customer inquiries.
• Ability to process new concepts and technologies quickly, has an appetite for learning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and flex when priorities change.
• Must have three (3) years of experience with all of the following: JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS, CSS Pre-processing (Sass), and JSON; Node.js, NPM, ExpressJS, Bower, Gulp, Grunt, Webpack, Browser, and Selenium; REST Web Services, Typescript, ES6, Git Based Source Control Systems, Subversion, Micro-services, performance tuning services, Jenkins, Docker, Cloud, and AWS; Browser Developer Tools, Testing/Debugging, HTTP, Web Sessions, Browser storage, JWT (JSON Web tokens), Cookies, and Web Performance; Creating testable code and writing unit/integration tests; and Experience with Automation software.
• Experience building and supporting enterprise-level applications, using any of the following technologies is a plus: NodeJS, Spring Boot, Swagger, PostgreSQL, Document DB, Kafka, AWS Event Bridge
