Job Description
As a summary, the candidate should have exposure to one or more supply chain transaction systems, and be aware of the data structures in these systems. He should be proficient in customer engagement and requirement analysis (with a good understanding of supply chain processes); and at the same time be hands-on in doing detailed data analysis using Excel and/or SQL. The day-to-day work would involve,working with the customer to detail/structure the business requirements, and working with the offshore team (developers) for explaining stories/functional design/acceptance testing.

Functional Knowledge of any 1 ERP system, e.g., SAP MM/SD modules. Other possible options JDE/Oracle /NetSuite/Any other
Supply chain functional consultant

Role Description
As a Lead Business/Data Analyst, you will work with our business analysts, developers, quality analysts and UI designers to develop software products and
solutions for our customers on some of the latest technologies.
Engage with the client stakeholders to understand and sometimes help them define their vision/problem statement. This requires conducting and facilitating
workshops with Business and IT executives of the customer.
Drive the discovery, design and execution of a wide variety of data solutions
Planning of project deliverables and timelines, risk mitigation
Work closely with the developers to facilitate the timely delivery, ensuring that the desired business outcomes of the client are met.
Experience/ Skills
10+ years of experience working as a business analyst/product manager, in the software industry.
Adept at understanding and analyzing supply chain data. Must be familiar with the supply chain tables/data of at least one ERP system, preferably SAP.
Experience in leading small to medium sized teams in delivering projects using Agile or lean practices
Exemplary facilitation and communication skills (both written and verbal) with experience in interacting with senior management functionaries in client
organization
Is passionate about developing great software and products with the capability to balance the business priorities with user requirements
Good to have an understanding of Visualization tools (e.g., Tableau/Power BI)
