Systems Analyst III

Position Overview:
Analyzes and solves computer problems, and assures technology meets the needs of the organization. Implements system studies to assist organization to realize maximum benefit from investments in equipment, personnel, and business processes. Plans and designs new computer systems or devises ways to apply existing systems resources to additional operations. Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system. City of Hope is seeking an Epic Client Systems Administrator. This position will be supporting the Client-Systems environment, specifically, Interconnect, Hyperspace, Hyperspace Web, EPS, Web BLOB, BCA, Kuiper, MyChart, EpicCare Link System Pulse and other Epic Windows based applications requiring configuration and/or integration. The ideal candidate strives towards the common goal of application reliability, performance, standardization, automation, efficiency and proper documentation.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant IT experience. Experience in Citrix NetScaler (3 years preferred), Citrix XenApp (5 years preferred), Scripting (2 years preferred). Epic ECSA (101, 102,105,110,115) certification required (two years experience preferred).

Minimum Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or Information Services or equivalent education/experience.
