Role: AWS Data Engineer
Location: Redmond or Seattle, WA
Client: Amazon
Pay Rate/Salary: $120 - $130K on FTE or $70 72/hr on C2C
Job Description:
5+ years of relevant experience with AWS Data engineering and application experience
Must have hands-on experience with AWS Redshift
Should understand nuances of moving data from RDBMS sources to Columnar DB (Redshift)
Experience with PySpark/Spark
Data Modeling experience
Designing and implementing data pipelines that will feed user behavioral data back into production systems.
Strong experience with SQL and Relational database engineering Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata and expert level SQL abilities
Exposure to large databases, BI applications, data quality and performance tuning
Database systems (SQL and NoSQL)
