Job Description:
Responsibilities
• Deeply understand the problems that customers are facing while paying online and improve conversion
• Responsible for understanding industry trends, competitor analysis and bring up new digital capability ideas related to payment collection and disbursements
• Responsible for initiatives to improve key buy journey ratios like, Buy now to place order, Place order to payment selection, instrument entry to payment collection etc.
• Should be able to create business documents like User stories, BRD, Wireframe, Product training decks
• Own sprint planning exercise and prioritize development items from Product backlog
• Thoroughly validate developed capability/product in UAT cycle and ensure product suffice requirement acceptance criteria and ensure on time product delivery
• Take feedback from customers & Internal stakeholders (Sales, Call Centre, Credit, Operation) for initiatives to optimizing digital lending process • Responsible for identification of business problem through regular sync up with cross functional business, risk, analytics and marketing stakeholder and translate the same in BRDs/User story/ Workflows
• Should be able to work closely with UI/UX, Dev team to defined consumer journey and drive higher ‘Do-it-yourself’ contribution Desired Skills
• BE/BTech in computer science or information systems from a leading institute & MBA/MTech from tier 1
• A proven track record of data driven decision making and problem solving. Conceptual thinking skills must be complemented by a strong quantitative orientation, given that a large part of the business is based on rigorous analytics & credit risk management
• Impeccable written and oral communication credentials, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Successful track record of thriving in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment. Previous consulting experience is a plus
• Sound understanding of development cycle, scrum framework and UAT cycle
• Over 4-8 years of experience in the Agile development process in payment related role • Deep knowledge on SDLC process
• Exposure to API architecture and technology stack
• Exposure to tools like – Confluence, JIRA, Postman
• Expertise in MS office suit
