I received a brand new 18-24 month contract with ADP that is hybrid 2-3 days each week in Norfolk, Virginia.

The manager is open to candidates that need to relocate but they must be able to relocate within 30 days after accepting an offer. Please note that all candidates that are submitted will need a valid LinkedIn profile as well. This is a Business Analyst role where the BA will be responsible for evaluating data. This is a more Junior to Mid-level role and I have included the must have and desired skillsets below. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.

3-5 Years of Experience
Looking for someone Comfortable with extracting Interactive Voice Response (IVR) data but it is more important to have experience with manipulating and storing data than the IVR side
*Advanced Excel
*Pivot tables, v lookup, graph
*Office 365
* visio or Miro a bonus!
*power apps-building general reports with Tableau is a Bonus!
*having had any contact center exp is a huge plus(exp with # of calls, length on hold, etc...)
*strong comm skills
