2+ years ASP.NET MVC or ASP.NET MVC Core or ASP.NET Web Forms (ASPX) with C# or VB.NET
2+ years HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery/bootstrap or similar framework
Build and query SQL databases and table, and full stack developer in Microsoft Compatible language and API development
Work with GIS developer to query GIS database or import data from GIS

Nice to Have:
UX/UI Front end

Job Description
Systems Architect I l l : Systems Architect I l l has all the System Architect Il capabilities, an increased scope of independent activity and leadership, and the addition of breadth of capabilities such as: Design, development, integration, and implementation experience in at least 2, preferably 3 of the following: Infrastructure, Applications, Data, and Cloud; Change Management; Relationship/Vendor Management.

Expected duties and job functions
Build Internet Discount Finder application based on existing prototype, graphic design, and flow chart compatible with Microsoft systems.

Integrate with 3 existing backendSQL tables using APIs.
Mapbox Geocoding API (translates street addresses to latitude/longitude coordinates)
GIS table (maintained by PSC): internet providers for each address + upload / download speeds
Discount provider table (maintained by DPI): Identifies providers with discounts Eligibility table (maintained by DPI): Identifies what discounts each provider provides by eligibility criterion
Collaborate closely with designers, product/project personnel, and Client staff. At the end of the engagement, support handoff to the Client for long-term technical maintenance.
Collaborate with the Client's internal data center to provision development and production hosting environments for the web application
Meet with weekly on project progress and more frequently if needed, as requested.
Design related data tables (or database)
Query data tables, including information from a GIS product
Build data import mechanism
Develop progressive enhancement, responsive, and accessible web application
Optimize web performance
Bring strong semantic, HTSML, CSS, and accessibility skills
Select appropriate server side Microsoft compatible language, such as PHP, JS
(React, Angular, etc.), Rails, or other, as long as progressive enhancement is
prioritized, as a minimally usable experience should be available for old "nonsmartphone" devices
Provide ability for WBO to download all data in an open non-proprietary format (i.e.
XLS, SQL backup, CSV, etc.). Data must be usable by WBO without dependency on Contractor or other outside proprietary tools or services. For any custom developed databases, a data definition table must be included, specifying the name, size and type/class of each field, as well as any specific relationship to other fields.
