They are now looking for Agile Coaches to provide teams and leaders with the support and guidance that they need to adapt and evolve to enable organisations to unlock the potential to transform and achieve Business Agility.

Tasks

What you will do:

Use your experience and knowledge of at least one Agile team and at least one scaled frameworks and such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS etc. to guide organisations in approaches that bring value and meet their needs

Work closely and partner with teams and leaders to support their transformation journey to help them incorporate learning and feedback, and to aid in the evolution of Agile practices as part of their transformation.

Be comfortable running assessments and creating coaching plans with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and teams, to help them build maturity in agile ways of working.

Authentically establish credibility, build consensus, and activate collaboration with clients and teammates.

Provide facilitation, feedback, mentoring and ad-hoc training as appropriate to support integration and decision making.

Use your creative ingenuity and ability to find or design simple solutions to complex challenges.

Support the teams in implementing ways of working and growing mindsets to support continuous improvement, e.g., insights in the flow of work as we build our clients capabilities and unleash their potential.

Develop trusted relationships with client teams and industry organizations to drive desired business outcomes.

Requirements

Ideally we'd like:

Minimum of 4 years of experience coaching agile teams

External accreditation or recognition from recognized professional bodies such as Scrum.org or ICAgile.

Knowledge of collaboration tools, such as Jira or Mural etc.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
