Lead Microsoft Dynamics O365 - CRM

Mandatory Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in implementing D365 CRM
• Should be proficient in CRM business processes in Service management, Sales and Marketing
• Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM products- entities, workflows and configuration, business units, security structure, organization units
• Excellent experience in implementing Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service for various industries, preferably in client facing role

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Excellent handle on D365 CRM out of the box (OOB) features versus custom development
• Experience in migration projects which involves data mapping
• Experience of requirement gathering, functional analysis, gap-fit analysis and review of gap-fit done by other functional experts
• Should be able to provide inputs and advice regarding Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities, functions and features to clients and prospects.
• Should facilitate workshops to develop business requirements, create demonstrations to provide POCs, plan and assist the team in drafting statements of work to include estimation of effort/cost.
• Responsible for configuring, testing and deploying CRM solution and any associated applications, creating and executing test scripts and facilitating user acceptance tests.
• Assist internal resources with support or pre-sales of Microsoft CRM and related integrations.
