We are recruiting for a Customer Success Manager to join our expanding team. We are looking for an ambitious team player who would relish the opportunity to make a huge contribution to a young company.

What are we looking for?
- You ll have a proven track record of delivering a phenomenal customer experience.
- This person will lead and support new customers onboarding onto the SciLeads platform and remain their main point of contact throughout the life of the contract. So, you ll be great at managing relationships of all levels and negotiating renewals.
- Influence strategy and product priorities to drive adoption and retention
- Build your network by working with the industry s leading biopharma companies
We re looking for someone with:
- Based in either Ontario or British Columbia
- 2+ years of Customer Success or Sales experience
- A science industry background is essential.
- Problem-solving ability, customer-centric outlook, and excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing relationships and renewing your portfolio of Accounts
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product)
- Customer-centric approach with excellent listening and organization skills
