The Role:
We are looking for our next Tech Support Integration Specialist who shares our passion for excellence and approaches the technical support role with a user-first mentality. The perfect candidate is a technically skilled person with strong troubleshooting abilities and good organization skills.
Your Profile
You have +2 years of experience with:
Fantastic problem-solving skills, especially with complex technical problems
Customer orientation and excellent communication skills in English (Italian and Portuguese would be a plus)
Knowledge in APIs (REST and Postman) and experience troubleshooting calls
Skilled at explaining technical problems and issues to the developers
Experience with ticketing system (Clickup and Hubspot preferred)
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
