Software Engineering Manager

75,000 - 90,000 p/a + 10% Bonus + Benefits (Private Med insurance, life assurance, fully remote working, brand new equipment and many more)

Fully remote, UK (80% hands off / 20% hands on)

I am currently working with an exciting and growing healthcare company. They are going through an exciting period of growth, looking to add brilliant people to their team, who are always wanting to progress.

Tasks

This role would be mostly hands off, involved in day-to-day planning, coaching, mentoring, code reviews, working closely with developers, product managers, to help build and maintain the expansion a global product.

My client works on the shape up methodology, which is a product development approach designed to help teams shape and build products to a higher standard through clear definition and prioritization. It creates a rigid, iterative structure in which small teams complete project tasks in sixweek cycles before deploying their work.

Requirements

2 years in a team lead position

4 years plus experience as a developer

Strong experience with languages such as node.js or C#, JavaScript,
TypeScript.

Entrepreneurial experience is highly desirable

Great communication and collaboration skills
