Job Description:
- Implementing Power BI SaaS, QlikView, QlikSense and NPrinting products upgrades and product patches
- Environments monitoring
- Power BI SaaS, QlikView, QlikSense and NPrinting products Performance tuning
- Answering Power BI SaaS, QlikView, QlikSense and NPrinting Administration and Development question
- Administering Power BI SaaS, QlikView and QlikSense Security
- Report Scheduling and Distribution
- Power BI SaaS, QlikView, QlikSense and NPrinting Services Troubleshooting
- Provide L1, L2 and L3 support including vendor escalation
- Coaching and mentoring on Microsoft and Qlik proven practices
- As SR resource it should count at least with 3 years or experience supporting QlikView, QlikSense and NPrinting
