Desktop Management (Infrastructure Service)
Location - Florida,MA
Technical experience:
Experience with Microsoft Desktop and Server operating systems.Citrix virtualization and Microsoft App-V preferred.
Experience using Desktop Management systems to administrate devices.Experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager .Experience supporting imaging operations strongly preferred.Experience deploying patches to devices required.Experience deploying software/packages required.Experience enforcing device settings through enforcement rules preferred.
Experience with desktop customization.
Experience automating tasks.
Experience with policy managementMicrosoft Group Policy requiredIvanti Environment Manager preferredIvanti Application Control preferred
Familiar with software development processes.Dev/Test/QA
Developing, testing, and promoting policies or device configurations.
Experience using Incident Management Systems.
