Job description *This role supports Prepaid Claims Processing within Unemployment Programs. *Key skill sets include the ability to work across business and technology teams and create solutions. This begins by defining the problem within the LOB and understanding the technology challenges of potential solutions, finding creative resolutions when necessary. *The successful candidate must be able to operate effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, enthusiastically adjusting to changing demands and moving with a sense of urgency. *Role requires an ability to quickly understand the environment and connect the dots in order to accurately provide target audiences with the communications that they need in a timely manner. *Works with Process Owners to plan and prioritize technology initiatives and perform design reviews to ensure all requirements (functional and non-functional) are sufficiently met, providing options to resolve impediments as they come up. *Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of project solutions that deliver business objectives including: *Project management of seven open issues tied to MRA resolution *Maintaining / updating 150+ procedures, authoring and implementing new procedures *Development and ownership of test scripts *Key responsibilities include: *Communicating the work objectives *Coordinating delivery *Managing risks *Complying with change policy and standards *Managing project budget *Providing end to end visibility into the health of the project

Required Skills & Abilities: *3+ years Project Management experience *Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment *Ability to translate strategic objectives into milestones and tasks, prioritize work and meet deadlines *Proven results in helping manage project changes as they affect the project status, resources, and timeline *Intellectually curious, creative thinker, thought challenger, change thinker, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills *Results oriented individual with good problem-solving abilities *Strong organizational skills and ability to switch between tasks *Communicate effectively (written and verbal) with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed *Ability to quickly review process / control data to identify risks and gaps with strong risk control mindset
