• Experience in dSpace HIL Bench Development
• Knowledge of dSpace ControlDesk, AutomationDesk
• Familiarity with calibration Tools like ATI Vision, Diagnostic Tools
• Knowledge of hardware systems, ECUs, HIL systems
• Experience in development of functional test procedures
• Knowledge of UDS and Diagnostic protocols
• Knowledge of CAN / LIN
• Ability to collaborate with the various internal stakeholders ECU design engineers, Hardware and Software teams, and HIL team for HIL setup development, upgrade and maintenance
• Defect reporting and tracking during system and acceptance testing till closure
• Good analytical, problem solving and debugging skills
• Basic usage of CANalyser / CANoe
• Have knowledge of Plant model / Simulation development and usage
• Knowledge of Matlab based Model Development
• Working Working knowledge of Python
• Knowledge of ECU configurations and Calibrations

Roles & Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of this role to lead the interfacing of a given ECU(s) on a dSpace HIL Test bench for validation.

• Lead the Interfacing of given ECU on the HIL test bench for assigned vehicle program.
• Co-ordinate with Project managers to identified Hardware and software changes for given build release,
• Lead commissioning of all ECU's for all the milestone builds
• Support ECU configurations selection for multiple ECUs
• Work with Automation and Hardware teams to develop Interface solutions.
• Will help in Test Bench commissioning process.
• Must lead Allocation map review process
• Perform interaction across multiple suppliers /Software provider for query/issue resolution
• Support the issue finding and removal process during the projects' lifecycle

Education
