- Collaborate with product to understand and gather requirements
- Conduct user interviews
- Define personas, user journeys and task flows
- Conceptualize ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness
- Experience working with complex interactions (management level dashboards, reporting)
- Create wireframes, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively articulate interaction and design ideas
- Proficient with tools like FIGMA, Adobe XD, Sketch and Invision
- Experience creating design system
- Articulate design decisions to stakeholders and technology teams
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback
- Experience working across Agile/Scrum and Lean UX
- Work efficiently with cross-functional teams
- Should have knowledge on Accessibility and strategize conformant solutions
