QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree in IT or Computer Science
5+ years of experience in Master Data Management, ERP Implementation projects, Data Conversion/Process Mapping
Working experience SAP ECC or S/4 HANA Master Data Governance, Data Quality, Conversion tools.
Strong Working experience in SAP Information Steward & SAP MDQ.
Exhibit good knowledge of business operations.
Exhibit good collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to multiple task.
Ability to work between functional and technical teams.
Ability to create business requirements specifications.
Being able to work independently with little or no supervision.
Ability to bring conversations to conclusions.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as core member of the BlueStream data horizontal team to support the domain working teams in creating data metrics, scorecards and dashboards to support the master data governance processes,
Input data standards and business rules for the SAP BlueStream project into the appropriate SAP tools
Based on standards and business rules, configure the SAP MDQ and SAP Information Steward system to enable metrics and scorecards
Participate in business requirement and process development workshops for end to end process to SAP master data mapping sessions to understand the rules and lineage to be enabled, as required
Follow up within the team and stakeholders to keep track and completion of all actions captured and assigned.
Support the enablement of the data dictionary, data catalogue, data lineage for all master data objects including the taxonomy and the metadata at the field level (define the format, fit and function of each field), in the SAP Information Steward
Perform Data Profiling exercise in the SAP Information Steward to source data sets of SAP S/4 or other source data sets (EBS, MES, LIMS etc) to propose the business rules or standards that shall be reviewed and approved by data working group.
Build Data Integrity checks between systems (eg SAP and Oracle) in SAP Information Steward to compare records and show the failed records.
Build and document post point of entry data quality rules for validation in SAP Information Steward for master objects that are managed directly in SAP.
Provide input to and support the creation of data quality metrics and scorecards
Provide input to the data governance tool assessment and config and support testing for tool deployment
Develop end user training material for data governance management processes and tools
Contribute to the identification of interim state data governance processes and define controls while we are in the interim state between SAP program releases
Assist in developing requirements for pre and post data conversion and cleansing activities to accommodate smooth data migration and testing, deployment activities.
Review data conversion functional specifications against requirements, if needed.
Support performance and testing where needed for the project using HP ALM.
Ensure successful delivery of project requirements to meet specifications by collaborating with all necessary stake holder groups and users.
Ensure smooth transition from Project to Support with necessary documentation.
