Interior Site Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for anInterior Site Engineer for a Construction company dealing in Holiday Homes and Luxury Apartments in North Goa.

Primary responsibility is Project related execution work and follow up with seniors, contractors and workers. Coordination with billing store and purchase departments. Supervision of quality of construction. Provide technical support and solving problem at site.

Responsibilities

• Project related execution work and follow up with seniors, contractors and workers.
• Day to day Coordination with billing store and Purchase department.
• Supervision of quality of construction material and workmanship and managing On-Time completion of work.
• Providing technical support and solving problems at the site.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
• Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
• Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
• Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.
• Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
• Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations. Dealing with local construction regulation authorities
• Delegating tasks and maintaining work schedules
• Chases and reviews subcontractor submittals, verifying conformance to contract documents.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interiors.
• More than 5 years experience in construction of Luxury Apartments.
• Knowledge of Auto CAD required.
• Experience reading technical drawings.
  
• Proficient in MS Office and any project management software
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Able to foresee and circumvent risk appropriately
• Good presentation skills, ability to persuade others, good negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual
• Ability to offer improved customer service.
