Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor - Financial Service
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Day, Morning, Evening, Overtime.
Work Location Information: 406 E Broadway, Vancouver, BC, V5T 1X2 Canada.
Wage Rate: $30/hour for 40 hours/week, Overtime starts after 40 hours/week.
Anticipated Start Date (at the latest in 3 months): As soon as possible.

Education: High School required.
Experience: 1- 2 years relevant work experience.
Language: English is required.
Job Duties:
Assign work to other employees and make schedule.
Communicating with clients in a timely, concise and professional manner at all times.
Demonstrating professionalism and commitment to achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Hire new worker and training as per company policy.
Authorize deposits and withdrawals and audit day to day financial transactions.
Issue and monitor loans and other financial transactions as per company policy.
