Project Manager Ecommerce Location- Hybrid role - New Brunswick, NJ -work in theoffice 3 days/week and remote 2 days/week, If not local to NJ, must immediately relocate upon offer! 12 month contract No h1b Candidates must have 5 years of experiencemanaging e-commerce projects. Must have experience managingE-commerce projects! REQUIREDEXPERIENCE: 10 years of experience with E-Commerce 5 years in projectmanagement DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Prior experience managinga SFCC platform migration or launch is a plus Working knowledgeof SFCC/SFRA is a plus Working knowledge ofSFMC, SFSC is a plus Strong knowledge of eCommerce KPIs,sales, brand strategy, market position & context, knowledge of the luxuryand/or cosmetics industry: markets, challenges, digital positioning Ability to lead diverse teams ofsubject matter experts with varying levels of project experienceWorking knowledge of projectmanagement tools (Asana, )Experience with JIRA/ConfluenceSCRUM certification or other AGILEtraining a plus Technical Expertise Experience managing aSFCC platform migration or launch is a plus Working knowledge ofSFCC/SFRA is a plus Knowledge of SFMC,SFSC is a plus Ability to understand& challenge business digital needsAnalytical skills & data-drivenmindsetInnovation including implementationof emerging technologiesBachelors degree, MBA/Masterspreferred Role- Lead the projectlifecycle from scope definition to delivery & post-launch support fordigital projects. Map out business requirements, milestones, goals, anddeliverables of project.Lead daily team meetings &ensure that all activities are completed according to the roadmap.Support E-Commerce Manager todocument operational processes (digital, e-commerce, logistics, finance,marketing automation, customer service, Web MasteringDevelop project documentation withinputs from cross-functional teams, such as functional specificationsdocuments, local processes, workflows and testing plans. Train stakeholders.Collaborate with local and HQstakeholders for all assigned projects.Respect box timing and allocatedbudgets. Escalate issues that deviate from project plan, timing and budget torelevant stakeholders.Identify new features,functionalities & vendors to drive business KPIs and customer experience& contribute to business Analysis/Requirements Gathering.
