Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for service administration and processes. This position is cross trained on Training Administrative Coordinator administrative duties and other essential CSD administrative needs. Coordinates special projects for supervisor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review and process Innosoft paperwork. i.e. service reports, weekly reports, and expenses report, to make sure all documents correct.
  • Create and alter service documents. i.e. service orders, Invoices, credit notes
  • Correspond with customer to resolve invoicing issues.
  • Creates process flows.
  • Key user for testing Innosoft program
  • Trains new service techs and service administrators on eService.
  • Gather time and attendance conciliation for Service Technicians payroll.
  • Maintain equipment master. i.e. customer information, warranty and start up dates.
  • Update and maintain spreadsheets with correct information. i.e. Expense report status, Service Tech contact information
  • Audit service techs self-reporting to include mileage, hotel receipts and expenses.
  • Send quote information to customer.
  • Monthly reports to Austria outlining service tech utilization.
  • Create service orders for service techs when needed.
  • Back up to Training Administrative Coordinator and other essential CSD administrative needs.
  • Direct back up for Manager of Administration. i.e. Service tech timelog, epos deputy,
  • e-Return back up
  • Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned by a supervisor.
  • QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

    Educational/Training Requirement:

    • Associate's Degree required or 2-4 years' experience.

    Licenses/Certifications:

    • None required.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, Innosoft
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and exercise judgment.
