NJ OPD Project/Program Manager 3

Individuals with successful project management experience with technologies, digitization, processes and workflows automation, optimization and modernization.

Individuals with a mastery of project management skills, qualifications and experience with technologies, digitization, processes and workflows automation, optimization and modernization. Immediate day to day duties will be to identify key stakeholders, conduct requirements gathering and gap analysis, design, develop, test and implement technologies and solutions for the agency to digitization of forms and automation, business processes, workflows, knowledge of APIs, reports, documentations, knowledge sharing/transition, etc. on deliverables and expectations.


This individual shall function effectively with very little supervision, while maintaining a high professional standard. They are assigned to extremely complex and/or high risk projects that reflect the highest priorities of state government. These individuals are comfortable working with the highest levels of state government and are able to contribute to the furtherance of the states objectives. These individuals have the necessary skills and experience to assist in project portfolio management and/or IT tools and technologies analysis.


RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 6 to 8 yrs.
