Reporting directly to the Marketing & Recruitment Manager, London International Academy (LIA) is seeking a highly organized and driven individual to assist with the development and enhancement of LIAs presence as a leading International Secondary Co-ed Boarding School in London, Canada. The successful candidate will be part of a small team to promote and establish business relationship with schools, agents, parents to other education organization to increase future enrolment from Russia, and Eastern, Central Europe.
Responsibilities of this position will include:
1)Create and implement the Recruitment plan for recruitment of students in the region market
2)Execute a promotional recruitment travel schedule travel on behalf of LIA at fairs/roadshows, and agencies to recruit on behalf of LIA
3)To have continuous communication with existing agents and create new relationships
4)Create and implement the Marketing plan (Branding) to include support of advertising in Russia and Eastern Europe.
5)Networking within region and outside (government officials, agents, school officials)
6)Agree with the terms and sign agent agreements, agent certificates and friendship schools, and other agreements related to international marketing and recruitment
7)Coordinate communications with prospective students and applicants, through e-mail and phone calls, and responding to student inquiries in a timely manor
8)To administer all admission paperwork and to liaise with the Student Affairs and Academic Affairs departments in regard to students needs and assist parents / student in registration process (application/documentation)
9)Arrange small group visits from international agents, principal and parent delegations in support of LIA programs
10)To liaise with the translation of LIA promotional materials and documentation
11)Assist managing department financial budget; student invoices, department expenses/purchases, overseas transfers
Qualifications:
1)Must be Fluent in both English and Russian
2)Post-Secondary degree in Education or Education management
3)Must have minimum 1 year experience with recruiting students in Europe
4)Knowledge of Education System in Russia, and Eastern Europe countries
5)Other language in German, Spanish, French is an asset
6)Ability to travel internationally frequently
7)Proficiency in Microsoft application and CRM
8)experience in document translation
Required experience:
A post-secondary degree/diploma in Education/ Education field
Minimum 5 years in regional sales and marketing management level
Minimum 5 years in recruitment experience in international education

Compensation:
$35,000 - $45,000 Yearly Salary Range ( depending on qualification/experience)
$20,000 - $50,000 yearly Commission Bonus ( quarterly)
