Your role:
For one of the biggest names in food we are looking for a Customer Service Agent who speaks either Flemish or Dutch with English. As a Customer Care Agent you are responsible for delivering a high level of courteous and efficient customer service across multiple contact channels phone, mail, chats & social media.

(link removed) Missing ingredients

(link removed) Marketing campaigns promotions and discounts

(link removed) Handling and resolving customer complaints and feedback

(link removed) Making tickets for the drivers so that they get more feedback and deliver the box correctly and on time

Requirements:

Native Dutch + English

Experience with CRM systems & MS Office

Strong communication skills (oral and written)

Good logical and analytical thinking
