Position Description:

As a Sales Manager with strong business development skills, you will manage, coordinate and grow the sales of Cinemo s infotainment solutions in the automotive market. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for identifying, developing new business opportunities and closing sales within existing and new automotive accounts.

Tasks

  • Identify potential customers and contact key decision-makers
  • Build strong relationship with new customers and manage customer accounts
  • Foster strong relationship with local South Korean automotive clients
  • Support the HQ Sales Team with local presense and market expertise in South Korea
  • Increase overall market awareness of Cinemo s solutions in the industry
  • Generate Leads and turn them into succesfull deals
  • Develop quotes and proposals for customers
  • Identify new sales opportunities and expand business with new and existing Tier-1s and car OEMs
  • Support all commercial aspects of the sales cycle to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and assess market trends and competition
  • Work collaboratively with Solutions Engineering and Project Management

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in business
  • 2 years of experience in sales or business development in a tech industry with complex sales cycles
  • General understanding of software technologies in the context of in-car use
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Korean
  • Sound understanding of how to deal with European and South Korean business
  • High customer-driven mind set
  • Ability to work with limited guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
  • Open and flexible to travel inter-continental regularly
  • Experience with account management is a plus
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus

Please note that the place of employment is Seoul in South Korea and not at the headquater in Karlsruhe!
