Job Description

1. Responsible to oversee Punjab State operations as per the plans for the state.
2. Liaise with government officials for CCC- State Project planning, mapping, advocacy, creating taskforce.
3. Ensure regular visit to each hospital once in a month and for rest of the time coordinate and take inputs from Cankids social support team and ensure commitments delivered on time.
4. Identifying and setting up new units.
5. Preparing budgets for new units set up and oversee annual budgeting of ongoing units.
6. Prepare MOUs and contracts for new units and getting signed.
7. Coordinate with social workers regarding attendance, reports, and medical requirements.
Management Information System
8. Work with the General Manager/ Deputy General Manager Operations to ensure to maintain complete database of all units through social worker in software for assigned region.
9. Update overall records and database on regular basis for assigned locations in Excel format.
10. Ensure to provide support for the management of MIS system with complete process in coordination with all the Cankids departments and teams.
11. Timely reporting of all the required reports to the management for the assigned region.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Post Graduate preferably Social Works/Public Health/ Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA)/MBA
Candidates should have 3 to 4 years experience in managing development sector Programs in NGO is essential.
Matching experience towards the key responsibilities listed hereinabove is highly desirable.
Candidates should be well versed with the state local language
