Summary
Seeking a compassionate nephrology nurse Practitioner to diagnose and treat patients with acute and chronic kidney disease.
Location: Florence, AL
Responsibilities:

Work in collaboration with physician to assess, diagnose and treat complex medical problems.
Manage outpatient dialysis patients, initiate and order dialysis treatments.
evaluate and treat hypertension, chronic kidney disease, anemia management and treatment of bone mineral disease with
documentation in electronic medical records.
Perform follow up of nephrology patients and new patient consultations.
Assess need for, order, obtain and interpret lab tests.
Provide patient education and modality planning.

Requirements:
MSN degree from an accredited school or University
Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Alabama
Nephrology, Dialysis, or Critical Care experience desired; either as a nurse or ARNP.

Competitive compensation of $100,000 to $130,000 annually

Hours Of Operation:
Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
