Data Entry Specialist-Entry Level

We are willing to train candidates who demonstrate attention to detail, but you must have some basic Windows/Office experience. Experienced Data Entry Clerk's compensation based on experience. All positions require the ability to stand while performing many duties. Clean, casual atmosphere with competitive wages.

COMPLIANCE Assist the Accounting Team with:

Prepare schedules for external & Japanese SOX (JSOX) and/or internal audits
Assist with maintaining and updating accounting policies and procedures
Assist with 1099 & S&U tax and unclaimed property

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting & CPA required
1+ years experience in a general accounting position; Big 4 experience a Plus. Consumer products or manufacturing and/or e-commerce experience preferred. Cosmetics Industry a Plus.
Proven understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable and accounting
Expertise in Excel. Knowledge of Navision a Plus.
This position will sit onsite at our New York City office. In compliance with current New York State and New York City mandates, any employee who works in the NYC office must provide proof of COVID vaccination.
