Degusta Box is a food and beverage brand based in Barcelona that operates in five European markets through innovative In-home Sampling, Market Research and Social Media campaigns. Their mission? To bring surprise and joy to as many homes as possible.

This Social Media & Operations Internship combines several exciting aspects. You will get to know the food and beverage industry deeply and assist in daily Social Media management while working alongside a fun-spirited and dedicated team.

Tasks

• Support the Social Media Specialist with content creation, bloggers' management and new influencers' research
• Proactively manage the community by replying to all inquiries as well as monitoring daily interactions to encourage audience engagement
• Support the Campaign Manager with logistics, flyer creation, samples management, shipping list creation, product sheets creation
• Support customers over the phone, by email and through Social Media, handle their complaints and provide solutions and alternatives
• Compile B2B Social Media Report

Requirements

• Ability to provide an Internship Agreement for a minimum of 6 months
• Confidence using Microsoft Office
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and to tight deadlines
• Strong interest in Social Media
