Job Title: Infrastructure Field Support Specialist
Location: Wyoming, MI 49548
Position Type: Fulltime
Is Remote option available during COVID: No (Day 1 Onsite)
Job Description:
- Applicant must live within a 30-minute drive time to Site- Required by the customer.
- Installation / Decommission Servers and Network equipment.
- Provide hands and Feet support for all hardware equipment.
- Conduct daily maintenance and reporting.
- Co-ordinate with Vendors for maintenance and escorts
- Performs installation of Ethernet and Fiber cabling.
- Prepare equipment for shipment or disposal.
- Provide afterhours support for break/fix and project work.
- Create or update IT documentation.
- Quarterly audit of all IT infrastructure and equipment.
