In order to be prepared for the challenging topics in retail and the further growth course, we are looking for one of the top players in the retail sector: A Head of Strategic Finance with a strong international focus

You will grow into your role - this could be the next step in your career path! Your responsibilities:__

• In this highly responsible and newly created key position you are directly reporting to the CEO of the company and are responsible for strategic decisions in finance leadership and the corresponding processes and structures.
• As an important sparring partner for national country heads and managers, you will play a key role in business development and contribute your controlling and finance expertise.
• Together with the Head of Controlling/Accounting, you will be responsible for achieving and implementing the KPIs set by the international headquarters in the respective countries and divisions.
• By analysing different business models and sales channels, you contribute significantly to the further strategic orientation and take the appropriate steps.
• As a people manager, you will lead a 5-person well-trained finance team, you will establish and scale the processes and structures.

Our requirements:

• This key position calls for leaders with responsibility and a focus on results who are comfortable in both finance and business development.
• The basis for this position is a completed degree in finance, controlling or another related field with a strong strategic focus. You have a proven track record in this field and extensive experience from the international finance business - preferably with experience from South Eastern Europe.
• What counts even more are your soft skills- we are searching for a proactive, motivated and smart personality. You find it easy to make strategic decisions and think outside the box.
• You are comfortable working in agile, highly autonomous structures and are convincing with your commitment and enthusiasm for the cause.
• The company acts international and global which requires you to speak English on a fluent base.
