UIUX designer

Experience Level 5-8 years -Hands on UIUX Designer Experience

Qualification Formal Design Education from design college ( BFA/MFA/Bdes/Mdes )

Engineering / Science background ( with human-centric and data-driven design approach)

Job Responsibilities - Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, end users and engineering team to understand business objectives and user needs.

- Leverage various Design Thinking methods such as user research techniques, persona modelling, customer journey mapping, scenario storyboarding, information architecture, prototyping and user testing to provide experience design solutions

- Translate requirements into concepts, user flows, interactive wireframes, visual mock-ups that lead to meaningful user experiences.

- Collaborate with extended development team members for accurate implementation

Job Skills - 5-8 years strong working knowledge and proven working experience in UIUX designing

- Ability to craft experiences for digital products, enterprise applications, and other digital touch-points

- Strong Portfolio of related projects

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, XD)

- Proficient in prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, Figma etc.

- Strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics

- Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate and visually present your ideas, designs and suggestions

- Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders, engineers in Agile environment
