If you have the desire, skills and experience to lead and motivate technical project teams to deliver complex technical products, we are looking for you!

Arm designs the technology that lies at the heart of a huge range of advanced digital products which appear in world beating products in embedded, mobile, home and enterprise applications. Arms project and program managers are a critical part of our ability to build this technology and align it with the needs of our business partners.

The Program Operations team sits within the engineering organisation, leading programs that deliver IP solutions to our silicon partners, guided by our segment-specific business groups. Our project and program managers work with project teams across the organisation to deliver great products to our partners and Arm as a whole.

As a Project / Program Manager you will support our senior program managers in the running of their programs by leading projects and activities that form an integral part of the overall program delivery. Use of core project management tools and techniques to deliver successful outcomes,
Understanding of different development methodologies (e.g. waterfall, iterative, agile) for hardware and software development,
Experience of leading multi-disciplined teams across geographical and time boundaries,
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior leaders across the business,
Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, Teams, Jira, Confluence.
An understanding of program management methodologies such as MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) is an advantage, though not required as training will be available.Nice to have Skills andExperience:
Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a relevant technical or business subject. This may be supported by a professional qualification such as PMP, APM or similar
Experienced in the use of project management techniques such as planning, tracking, risk and dependency management, data analysis, reporting
Able to develop strong and credible working relationships with stakeholders across the business
Able to collaborate with others to resolve problems
A strong desire to see tasks through to completion
