Position 2

Shift Timing

• #1 Mon to Fri: 10PM 6AM (onsite)
• #2 Wed to Sun: 10PM 6AM (onsite)

Location Chicago Suburbs - Vernon Hills and Northlake (must have requirement)

Description

Extensive Cabling experience including fiber cables

Installation, migration and demise of IT equipment within Data Centres (To 5 years)

Understanding of underpinning M&E relating to critical facilities (UPS, generators, RPPs etc)

Awareness of service management techniques including Problem, Change and Incident management

Understanding of data network and cabling technologies, principles and products

Working knowledge of Aperture, CMS and GSD

General overview as to how a computer room floor is laid out and how modern server, storage and network infrastructure is integrated.

Demonstrated ability to rapidly build relationships with key stakeholders

An awareness of IT hardware, software, operations and networks.

A track record of overseeing delivery of complex programmes and projects;

Proven technical awareness in an IT role

Awareness of risk management

Have an excellent knowledge of the project lifecycle

Be able to enforce the quality policies and processes used.

ITIL

PC / Office skills (Word, Excel, Lotus Notes etc)
