We are looking for Sr UI Developer (2 openings) (min 11 yrs+ exp) (LOCAL Candidates highly preferred) (either Webcam or In-person interviews)
POSITION DESCRIPTION
DIRECT CLIENT Position
Number of positions: 2 (Two)
Length: 11 Months +
Location: Washington, DC 20002
Immediate interviews either Webcam or In-person interviews
Please note that this position is mostly REMOTE. Once a week or Once every two weeks onsite and rest REMOTE. .
We are looking for Sr. Front End UI Developer. Qualified candidates must have experience of working on large data intensive application development projects. Hybrid arrangement will be agreed upon with manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Highly proficient in building Web User Interface (UI) using HTML5, CSS3 Client-side scripting, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Material, Angular Flex Layout, JSON, SOAP, REST API's
- Experience in using Advanced JavaScript libraries such as Angular 2+
- Experience on asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
- Experience on responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility issues
- Experience Developing high performant application and SEO principles
- Develop user interface in accordance with privacy and coding standards.
- Have a solid grasp of the DOM, CSS inheritance, selector specificity, and how to debug JS
- Working experience of accessibility/UX best practices and Section 508 compliance
- Experience on using visual aids such as wireframes/storyboard/UI Flow Charts to propose user interface designs and develop HTML mockup from such visual aids
- Deployment and testing on cloud infrastructure
- Application testing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 11+ year of relevant experience.
- Experience with development and implementation of large complex data applications, public facing applications.
- Experience with agile processes and strong expertise with tools and technologies in Microsoft stack and data security.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Candidates must have ALL the "Required" skills in order to be considered for the position.
