Were hiring a Lead Consumer Insights Manager to be part of a growing global consumer insights team that will work closely with product and business stakeholders to deliver the best possible consumer insights.
You will lead the global quantitative research team that is responsible for developing and running quantitative research of the HelloFresh group, including our ongoing trackers, standardized research programs, strategic business research streams and specific deep dive studies. Your role is essential in driving consumer and customer insights to develop concrete business decisions.
As HelloFresh grows, there is an increasing demand to support new areas of the business and we want to provide best in class methods to answer key business questions. These projects will enable HelloFresh to better understand our customers, exploring new products & categories in order to help us create better experiences and better serve our customers.

What youll do
Lead a team of 5 researchers with two direct reports
Drive the development of global quantitative research for the HelloFresh Group
Oversee & optimise the global trackers (Global Brand Tracker, Global Customer Sentiment Tracker)
Provide quantitative expertise (data quality, data interpretation, analysis methods etc.) to drive strategic business decisions
To understand brand funnels, their visualisation and optimisation
Further develop research standards and processes for creative testing, trackers, specific deep dive projects across all areas of the business etc.#
Set up research design, create, programme, and analyse quantitative surveys to gain understanding of consumers and how they connect to our brands.
Expertise in question creation to ensure research objectives are met
Translate research findings into actionable research recommendations.
Communicate results to and interact with relevant stakeholders (global & local) on a regular basis
In-depth statistical analysis (Regression, Max-Diff, Correspondence Analysis etc.)
Work with market research vendors globally.
Ensure data quality of research across the business, guide local teams with data interpretation
What youll bring
MSc in Statistics, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or other related field
>8 years of experience in a market research role that involves hands-on qualitative and quantitative research
Strong analytical, data visualisation & writing skills including the ability to convert quantitative data into actionable insight recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
Able to coach others with visualisation/data presentation to ensure its actionability
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet time-sensitive deadlines
UX research experience is a plus
Expert level proficiency with MS Excel - proven ability to analyze large sets of complex data
Advanced technical skills and experience with Tableau, MySQL, SPSS, SEM (structural equation modelling) tools, Python is a plus, survey software such as QualTrix, Questback, QuestionPro
Strong self-organisation and attention to detail
Comfortable working an agile, cross-functional teams
