PURPOSE OF POSITION Develop analyses that provide finance and operations management with timely, effective and actionable insight. Support and track the key financial measurements that are essential to the plants future success. Manage manufacturing performance reporting on a monthly basis.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Monthly results estimates and annual budgeting responsibilities. Reconcile and analyze balance sheet accounts. Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements of operating and internal controls to ensure the financial integrity of the site. Responsibilities associated with the ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO 45001 Management Systems Ensure that the Quality, Environment and Health and Safety management systems are implemented at work and maintained in accordance with the requirements of the current Standards of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 respectively, when changes are planned and implemented. Be accountable for the effectiveness of the Quality, Environment and Health and Safety Management Systems at work to Senior Management and their work team Make sure the Quality and EHS Policies are followed. Make sure to have and / or request the necessary resources for the implementation of the Quality, Environment and Health and Safety systems Maintain communication at all levels about the performance of the organization about the Quality, Safety and Health Management systems. Promote the continuous improvement of the Quality, Health and Safety Management systems through integrated projects that have an impact on Quality, Environment and Health and Safety. Support other roles in your organization for the improvement and fulfillment of Management systems.REQUIREMENTSEducation: BS in Accounting or Business with accounting emphasis.Required experience and skills include: 2-4 years of experience, preferred. Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills required. Ability to work in a team environment. Microsoft Office, SAP, preferred. Advance English, preferred. Knowledge on:o ISO 9001: Quality and EHS Policies.o ISO 14001: Water Conservation, Segregation, Aspect & Impact, Contamination and control ground prevention, Energy conservation.o OSHAS 18001: Hazardous & Risk Matrix, Emergency Evacuation Plan, Personal Protective Equipment, Hazardous substances (Use and handling); Signal and color codes.
