Duties & Responsibilities
-Answering phone calls and emails, and responding to customer questions and complaints.
-Assisting customers by phone and resolving issue concerns
Qualifications
-College Graduates with or without experience
-2nd year College Undergraduate with 6 months of BPO Experience
-1st year College Undergraduate with 1 year of BPO Experience
-HS/SHS graduate with 2 years of BPO Experience
Salary:
-20,000 - 24,000 PHP - monthly package
-Night Differential
-HMO on day 1 + Life Insurance + Retirement Plan
-Monthly Incentives and Bonuses
