Black Belt Continuous Improvement NA Manager

Location - Cleveland OHIO Midlevel Management Position. Education - Degree in Engineering (chemical, manufacturing, industrial) Experience - 6 to 10 years of working in a chemical operation. (chemical, petroleum, pharma, cosmetics) Certifications - Black Belt or Master Black Belt highly desired. Salary - competitive 6 figure salary Relocation Package - Available for qualified candidates. Job requirements: - strong project management skills -willingness to travel occasionally to various corporate plants in NA. -excellent knowledge of chemical operation. -excellent knowledge of lean manufacturing Kaizen practices. Experience leading Lean Event /Kaizen Events. -Knowledge of SAP highly desired. - collaborative, influential individual who has the ability, energy and enthusiasm to influence different corporate stakeholders, -lead productivity improvement workshops and Kaizen events to identify cost savings and improve process in order to meet and exceed corporate targets. - Microsoft Office proficient. - Experience with PLANT scorecards and plant assembly Qualified Candidates will be contacted and asked to provide a resume, details of recent projects.
