Title:Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Techno-Functional Specialist
Location: Remote
- 6-9 years of experience in providing functional and technical application management services to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE
- Experienced with Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, & Omnichannel modules
- Strong expertise in SSIS, Telephony integrations (CTI) and web API services
- Well versed with Power Platform and Microsoft Data Verse/CDS capabilities
- Experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM module in at least two end-to-end implementation projects is an added advantage
- Ability to work in a highly integrated and custom Microsoft Dynamics environment
- Strong communication skills. Ability to act as a primary point of contact to the client, and coordinate service delivery by working with the offshore team
- Experience in ITIL processes including incident management, problem management, release management and change management
- Ability to deliver services in an integrated Service Level Agreement (SLA) environment
