Job Title: IT Project Coordinator
Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): St. Paul, MN (2 days on-site, 3 days remote)
Contract Duration: 5 to 6-month contract to start
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM

ROLE OVERVIEW
This is truly an entry-level/junior-level Project Coordinator role to support IT PMs with creating documents, PowerPoint presentations, basic Excel spreadsheets, etc., and perform other tasks in support of the projects. They will be working with a team of PMs, Scrum Masters, and Business Analysts and might support up to 2 projects at a time.
While this person does not need to be technical, it would be helpful if they've had exposure to Data Warehousing as that is the core of the project. Salesforce and Power BI experience are also plusses, but not required.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree required; no specific degree needed.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
1 to 2 years of relevant Project Coordinator experience. Internship experience is also welcome.
Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint required.
Exposure to IT projects such as Data Warehousing, and software such as Salesforce or Power BI are a plus!
