Your role and goals

We are growing fast and just secured a funding of 70 million USD. What does this mean to you? We are a stable company with a lot of ambitions. We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Digital Marketing team and take ownership of our paid channels Google ads, Bing ads, and a diverse mix of B2B channels. In order to create leads and pipelines for our business, you will manage and own the budget and a strategic roadmap. In this role, you will be in the lead for creating and implementing a plan for your channels, leveraging the centrally created programs for your campaigns and initiatives, and owning the respective budget.

In your first 3 months you will:

  • Get to know the team and your main stakeholders
  • Familiarise yourself with the product and our related campaigns and assets, execute the first digital initiatives for our marketing activities in collaboration with the marketing team, and own your part of the budget.
  • Understand the Productsup digital marketing mix and performance of digital.

In your first 6 months and beyond you will:

  • Leverage the central programs and set-up, maintain and optimise the respective digital campaigns on your channels in close collaboration with the respective teams such as Content, Design, Programs teams and your own team
  • Optimise the general campaign setup in Google and Bing, monitor and continuously optimise performance with an ongoing test-learn-improve approach
  • Create and maintain the reporting for your channels. We are working a lot on data and dashboarding.
  • Take over relationship management with (some of) our existing content syndication and programmatic vendors, monitor and improve the existing campaign performance, proactively search for opportunities with new vendors.

What you bring to the team

  • Strong knowledge of SEA and specifically Google ads
  • Degree in marketing, corporate communications, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing for a B2B tech company or an agency
  • Recent experience & proven success in creating & maintaining paid channels
  • Solid knowledge of conversion measurement, attribution & conversion rate optimisation strategies
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Strong data-driven mindset
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. We have a very international team so our main language is English.
  • Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of the online marketing and/or e-commerce industries
  • Interest in growing and scaling (new) digital marketing techniques in international markets with a testing approach
  • Familiarity with Hubspot and Salesforce is a plus
  • You are creative, love to take initiative, and cooperate with others
