Oracle RMS Consultant

Technical/Functional Skills

• Expertise in Oracle Forms, Pro*C, Unix Shell Scripting, PLSQL
• Deep technical and functional knowledge in the following Oracle Retail Products:

• Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS Version 13.x and above)
• Oracle Retail Price Management (RPM Version 13.x and above)
• Oracle Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM Version 13.x and above)
• Oracle Retail Sales Audit (ReSA Version 13.x and above)

• Exposure to Integration technologies like IIB, Datastage, Talend is good to have

• Experience working in Merchandising Planning and Forecasting applications is good to have

Experience Required

Roles & Responsibilities

• Should work collaboratively with IT and business team members to resolve the production issues
• Ability to perform incident resolution against established SLAs and ensure proper documentation (SOP) of the solution procedure
• Ability to design and develop minor to major enhancements on existing systems
• This position does require flexibility to work outside of standard business hours, including off business hours, some weekends and holidays
